From the City of Georgetown: City launches askGTX for connecting to services
The City of Georgetown officially launched askGTX, a new service to help residents find answers, report an issue, or connect with City services. Similar to 311 services in other cities, the new askGTX contact center can be accessed through a website, phone call, text and a smartphone app (available on Google and Apple).
Residents can use askGTX for a variety of questions or issues, such as reporting a pothole, learning about water rebates, or finding a nearby park. Other common issues include traffic signal or traffic sign problems, abandoned vehicles, or park maintenance issues. Residents should continue to call 911 for emergencies.
For utility issues such as electric or water outages, water leaks, bill payments or questions, starting or stopping utility service, or rebates, residents or customers should continue to contact Customer Care.
Connect with askGTX online 24/7 at georgetowntexas.gov/askGTX or by phone 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday at 512-930-CITY (512-930-2489).
