From the City of Georgetown: Let Georgetown help you & your teens get around
The City of Georgetown offers a mobility program to help residents, students, and visitors get around Georgetown.
The rideGTX program is a partnership with Uber and zTrip, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle provider, for accessible transportation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Rides are eligible for rideGTX if they start and end in the service area, which includes the city limits of Georgetown plus Baylor Scott and White and Ascension Seton Williamson hospitals in Round Rock.
Uber ride vouchers:
Use the Uber app available on iPhone and Android smartphones.
Riders are eligible for up to 10 discounted rides per month that start and end within the service area. Riders pay the first $4, and the City subsidizes up to $10 per ride. Riders pay any remaining balance over $14. City vouchers cannot be applied to a tip.
Download your monthly voucher pack (up to 10 rides/month) by scanning visiting the link below. Vouchers will automatically be added to your Uber Wallet each month and applied to eligible rides at checkout.
Teens ages 13 and older can qualify with an Uber Teen account.
