Beginning of Year Assessment Window for Grades K-8: August 24 - September 4

August 24 - September 4, assessments will be administered to students in grades K-8. These assessments are administered three times a year and are designed to give teachers a picture of student progress in reading and math. 

Parents can expect to hear more specifics from their child’s campus, including information about when results will be shared.

Exception to note: Students who take the STAAR Alt 2 test do not take these benchmark assessments.
