Williams Elementary Earns Student Leadership Award
Williams Elementary School received the 2026 Student Leadership Award, presented by the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). The award honors outstanding student councils and groups whose commitment to leadership makes a positive impact on school communities across Texas.
Out of 167 schools in the state to receive the award, Williams is one of just six recipients in the Central Texas area.
“Developing student leaders is a priority for our campus,” said Dr. Jennifer Hinson, Williams Elementary Principal. “Through Student Council, students learn the value of serving not only our student body, but also our greater community. I am so very proud that our students embrace our values of community service, and that others are noticing.”
