2026-2027 Calendar Update: Professional Learning Day Moved to October 30

Georgetown ISD has made a minor adjustment to the approved 2026–2027 school calendar. The Professional Learning Day/Student Holiday originally scheduled for Tuesday, October 13 has been moved to Friday, October 30. All other dates on the approved calendar remain unchanged. 

You can view the updated calendar on our website at www.georgetownisd.org/calendar. These are also being printed and will be distributed by campuses with back-to-school materials and at back-to-school events in August.
