Save the Date: Annual Backpack & School Supply Distribution Event – Aug. 2

Community partners join forces each year to provide free backpacks and supplies to families in Georgetown ISD. Save the date and plan to join us on Saturday, August 2 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm at the Carver Center for Families. Thanks to the Georgetown Cultural Citizens Memorial Association for hosting the event and to supporting partners: STARRY, the Georgetown Police and Fire departments, the team at the Carver Center, H-E-B, Macedonia Baptist Church, Walmart, Weaver Tax Services, A+FCU, First Baptist-Georgetown, First Texas Bank, The Georgetown Health Foundation, Taylor Realty Group, Wesley Chapel, First Citizens Bank and more for their support. Last year’s event served nearly 2,000 families in our community!
