From The city of Georgetown Parks & recreation: Summer Job Fair

The City of Georgetown will host a seasonal hiring event from 2-4pm on Monday, March 16, at the Georgetown Recreation Center, 1003 N. Austin Ave. The event will feature free snacks, drinks, and giveaways, as well as on-site applications, interviews, and hiring opportunities. The Parks and Recreation Department is hiring lifeguards, swim instructors, camp counselors, and tennis camp instructors.  

Positions are for people age 15 and older. Pay ranges start at $12.50 an hour. Other benefits while employed include flexible schedules, free membership to the recreation and tennis centers, free summer pool passes, paid certifications, and growth opportunities.
