GISD Liberty Battalion Navy JROTC to host CyberPatriot Standard Camp July 14 - 18

CyberPatriot was conceived by the Air Force Association (AFA) to inspire students toward careers in cybersecurity or other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines critical to our nation’s future. The Standard CyberCamp requires no prior cybersecurity experience, while the Advanced CyberCamp builds upon the material covered in the Standard camp and includes activities and tasks from the CyberPatriot competition.

Students will engage in hands-on activities during the camp and learn from experienced professionals. The camp is recommended for students entering 8th - 12th grade.

The camp will be hosted at East View High School in the CTE building, room 730.
